Dutch Windmill
Dutch Windmill, 22 Patrick St. Olivedale – Built in 1943 by Italian Prisoners of War (WWII). They were at the Zonderwater camp near Cullinan. They built it from a magazine picture as reference. It channelled water through funnels on the farm Amsterdam to irrigate the orchards. They also built sunken gardens next to the mill. Declared a National Monument on 10 February 1989.
Hy Many House Frangipani Crescent
Hy Many House Frangipani Crescent, Randpark Ridge – Built circa 1860 as a rectangular farmhouse. The house was altered a few times and changed hands as well.  John Dale Lace a Randlord and owner of Northwards in Parktown bought the house in 1903. He extended the house and built the A-framed gables. In 1927 businessman Tom Kelly bought the house, extend it and restore it, giving it Cape Dutch gables. He changed the name to Hy Many, which refers to the home of the Kellys in Ireland
