SIMONDIUM

Hamlet 8 km from Paarl on the R45 Rd. It was named after Pierre Simond (1651-1713), Huguenot minister at the Cape.
VGK Church
VGK church – The cornerstone indicated that the church was erected by the London Mission Society in 1843. The NG Sending congregation (VGK) was founded on 14 October 1961 in this building. A cornerstone for 50 year of the founding of the VGK was laid on 16 October 2011.
